At Prosofy, we value your time and excitement. Because we are a print-on-demand brand, every product you order is unique and made specifically for you. Here is everything you need to know about how your order gets to you.

1. Order Processing Time (Manufacturing):
Since our products are made-to-order, we need a little time to print and quality-check your items.
Printing & Quality Check: 2–3 business days.
Note: During holidays or sale seasons, this might take slightly longer.

2. Delivery Time (Shipping):
Once your order is printed and packed, it is handed over to our courier partners (like Delhivery, BlueDart, or Xpressbees).
Metro Cities: 3–5 business days after dispatch.
Rest of India: 5–7 business days after dispatch.
Remote Areas: 7+ business days.
Total Estimated Delivery Time: 5–10 business days from the moment you place your order.

3. Shipping Charges:
Standard Shipping: ₹50 on all orders.
Free Shipping: We offer FREE shipping on orders above ₹999.
(Note: Shipping charges are calculated at checkout.)

4. Order Tracking:
As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a confirmation email and SMS with a Tracking Number.
You can use this number to track your package in real-time on our courier partner’s website.
Please allow 24 hours for the tracking status to update after receiving the email.

5. Incomplete or Incorrect Addresses:
Please insure your shipping address (including Pin Code and Phone Number) is complete and correct.
Our courier partners usually make 3 attempts to deliver.
If the address is incorrect or you are unavailable after attempts, the package will be returned to us (RTO).
Re-shipping: We can re-ship the order to you, but an additional shipping fee will apply.
6. Delays:
While we work hard to meet these timelines, occasional delays may occur due to public holidays, severe weather, or courier operational issues. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
7. Lost or Damaged Packages:
In the rare event that your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at prosofyhelp2026@gmail.com so we can resolve the issue for you.
