Return & Refund Policy

​At Prosofy, every product is unique and custom-made especially for you immediately after you place an order. Because of this custom nature, we have a strict return policy. Please read the details below carefully.

​1. Damaged or Defective Products

​We take quality seriously. If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or misprinted, we will happily offer a free replacement.

​Eligibility: You must report the issue within 7 days of delivery.

​How to Claim:

​Take clear photos or an unboxing video showing the defect and the packaging.

​Email us at prosofyhelp2026@gmail.com with your Order ID and the photos and video.

​Once verified, we will ship a replacement to you immediately at no extra cost.

​2. Size or Color Exchange

​Since every item is printed specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for size or color selection errors made by the customer.

​Please check our Size Chart carefully before placing an order to ensure the perfect fit.

​If you are unsure about the size, feel free to contact us before buying.

​3. Order Cancellation

​Before Printing: You can cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it. After that, your order moves into production and cannot be canceled.

​After Shipping: Shipped orders cannot be canceled.

​4. Return to Origin (Undelivered Packages)

​If a package is undelivered because of an incorrect address provided by you or if you are unavailable to accept the package after multiple attempts, it will be returned to our facility.

​We can re-ship the order to you, but shipping charges will apply for the second attempt.

​5. Refunds

​Refunds are only issued if:

​The package is confirmed lost in transit by our courier partner.

​We are unable to replace a damaged/defective item.

​Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days of approval.
